The Wall Street Journal reports that Borders could file Chapter 11 as early as tomorrow.
Borders will be attempting to restructure in court, asking to close over 200 stores, lay off thousands, and attempt to reinvent itself to be competitive with Amazon and B&N in a rapidly changing marketplace.
