Lisa Wolfson, AKA L.K. Madigan announced on her blog last month that she had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. She succumbed to the disease yesterday. Her last post on her livejournal (http://lkmadigan.livejournal.com/) detailed her fight with the disease and she said 'goodbye' in as many words. Hundreds of friends and fans have responded - offering support and comfort for her and her family.
Lisa is survived by her husband and son and leaves a legacy of two wonderful YA novels behind her as well. Requiescat in Pace, Lisa.
